Log Line : Since two enterprising college grads have taken over management of a self- storage facility, their clientele are looking for more than just storage space.
Summary : Entrepreneurial college grad Richard Freeman, takes over management of a failing self-storage facility. For his assistant, Richard hires his zany life-long friend and college roommate Brian Dunmore. Richard and Brian want desperately to launch their video game development company. They possess the needed skills, commitment and passion.
What they don’t possess… money.
Complications arise when Brian discovers that a local thug operating an illegal casino in the residential neighborhood down the street no longer has a place of operation and suggests he could turn vacant climate control storage units into his new casino.
Meanwhile, Richard discovers the former love of his life, Hope, has moved back to town, rents storage from his facility and is in financial dire straits.
Will a strapped-for-venture-capital Richard and Brian cross the line and risk everything in order to help themselves and Hope? Will Richard win back the heart that he broke?

During the shooting of the film, Sasquatch Entertainment, LLC will select a young person from the local community to apprentice in whatever area of production his or her skills and desires dictate. It is my hope that, in sharing the storytelling skills of filmmaking, we will encourage others to tell stories of their own someday.
